Strategic and Transition Advisory

So what is it you want for your dental business?

Growth? Stability? Preparation for sale? Or just someone to act as a sounding board while you make decisions?

Growth

Growth is something that is very relevant in dentistry at the moment. But it depends on where you are in your business cycle, age, energy, investment, and people availability all come into it. A lot is possible, but there are always questions that need answered before you move forward.

Growth also needs continuous effort, consistency, and careful management. It can change the rhythm of a business and the people in it. For many, growth is inevitable but controlling it is key.

Stabilising

Dental businesses go through different phases: forming, storming, norming, and performing. It’s not always easy to see where you are in that cycle, or how to adjust it. I’ve seen this many times over the years, and I’ve also seen how rushed decisions can affect those phases.

Sometimes what’s needed is a more personal approach based on your skill set, your team, and your business.

Support to prepare for sale

This is a big one, and there are so many variables, financial, factual, emotional, and timing. When you put all of those together, deciding when and who to sell to becomes quite a complex decision.

I often say you must leave your business in good shape for the next person. They need to win as well for a sale to work properly.

That’s where I can help.

Lived experience, learned experience, and honest feedback matter.

There are a lot of voices out there now, webinars, WhatsApp groups, online advice, but every practice is different. GNPA isn’t generic advice. It’s tailored.

Before anything, I need to understand what you’re trying to achieve, your timeline, and whether we can work together to get you there.

In simple terms, if I can genuinely help you, I will.

Who is this for?

This is for dental business owners who are thinking about change, whether that’s growth, stabilising, or planning for sale. It’s based on real experience in dentistry and business ownership, not theory.
