Why launch a Northern Ireland specific Advisory business?
The below 5 words might sound like bonkers to a few people
“I hadn’t completed the circle”.
However, for those who know and have worked with me, I think you will completely understand the above. It is important to me, I guess it is what makes me tick.
Dentistry has been good to me, and hopefully during the many years, I’ve given back to many within the sector, hopefully I’ve been good to it.
Dentistry allowed me to build and exit a successful business and I simply don’t feel ready to leave behind many friends in the dental industry without seeing them achieve their plans for their practices and or their successful business exits.
Couple that with, I want to see some of the next generation of business owners through the current turbulent period, entrepreneurship should be enjoyable and not a constant struggle.
So, the rationale is completing the circle, helping an industry that helped me.
So, what GNPA & what is the offering?
I decided the best way to complete the circle was to offer two types of Advisory.
Both of which operate on the principal of one to one in practice visits.
The Advisory Circle
The Advisory Circle – this will be open to a close circle of 15 practice owners who want regular & learned advice and support consistent with many years’ experience and knowledge in the Northern Ireland dental market.
Cost – £145 per month via standing order. An honest approach with no corporate style contract. Let’s call it an honesty approach.
The numbers will however be strictly limited to 15 and are on a first come first served basis.
3 -4 practice visits per year with reasonable ongoing telephone support as required.
Strategic & Transition Advisory
If it is a one-off piece of analysis, a simple fresh pair of eyes you need for your dental business or maybe you are simply stuck with strategic direction of where you need to go next this maybe this maybe the solution for you.
In the 26 years of understanding dentistry in the province, there isn’t much I have seen or helped solve.
Cost £750 for a 3-4 hour face to face practice visit with options and solutions.
This is open to Independent Practice Owners or those becoming Practice Owners.
And will include 1 x after visit phone call to analyse successful outcomes.
So what is with the Fibonacci imagery on all things GNPA?
The Fibonacci circle, or spiral, represents growth, harmony, and the interconnectedness of all things. Once I was presented with this idea it truly struck a chord, a lightbulb moment especially with my completing the circle methodology and the interconnected nature of Northern Ireland dentistry. Its one big village after all. It is simply perfect for what I want to achieve.
