Over the 25+ years, I’ve worked with somewhere in the region of 120 dental practices. That’s included helping practices transition into the independent sector, grow into multi-surgery businesses, acting as a one-to-one confidant, and supporting owners through successful exits into semi-retirement and full retirement.
Many of those people are still friends to this day and that really matters to me. Everything I’ve done has been based on honest principles, real experience, and learning from both success and failure, my own and others.
